• Board of Directors

  • The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Assiniboia Chamber of Commerce between annual or special meetings of the membership. It is mandated to provide governance over the business of the Chamber and to oversee its financial transactions, and is responsible for the interpretation and promotion of policies approved by the membership and for ensuring these are implemented. The Board has responsibility for governing: leadership and directions; conditions and constraints; oversight of performance; knowledge of stakeholder expectations, needs, concerns and interests; acting in the best interests of the organization; and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization.
