Description
The Assiniboia Chamber's annual general meeting for members and swearing in of new board directors, followed by the monthly member luncheon and keynote address by Mayor Brian Bowman. The growth and development of the west side of Winnipeg and the importance to the Winnipeg economy. Our Assiniboia district is home to many of the newest residential developments; Waverley West,and Ridgewood South. Commercial developments such as The Seasons of Tuxedo, Centreport, Red River Exhibition, Assiniboia Downs and Kapyong Barracks are some of the projects planned or underway. Mayor Bowman will speak to the assembly on the developments in this part of the city.
