The following Bylaws represent the vital rules and regulations that govern the actions and conduct of the board and staff members of the Assiniboia Chamber of Commerce. Compliant with the Board of Trades Act, Part II, these Bylaws have obtained ministerial approval, which includes any duly sanctioned amendments endorsed by the Chamber membership.
