TROY DAVIS, President, The Dufresne Group (TDG)
Troy Davis is an effective leader with extensive experience in retail and finance as well as a passion for growth. After working in investment banking in Istanbul, Turkey, he navigated through the ranks at The Brick to become COO. At TDG, he led the Ashley Furniture HomeStore and Dufresne Furniture brands before assuming his current role. Under his guidance today, TDG operations reach coast to coast with 17 Ashley Furniture HomeStores, 11 Dufresne stores, over 120 Dufresne Retail Solutions Group (dRSG) locations and nearly 1,000 team members. Troy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, honours and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. He currently lives in Winnipeg with his wife Faye and two young sons.
