He give them loans that they need to operate and grow their business and he goes the extra mile for members that he serves. He's the type of person that will meet members at their place of business\, attend their annual meetings and other events so that he can provide the best financial advice possible. Jeffrey started in financial services in 2001 with a chartered bank as a Personal Financial Advisor and switched to ACU in 2007 after an extensive search for an employer with a better values fit. Jeffrey values integrity\, trust\, and respectful relationships\; and chooses to work at ACU because it is a business that shares these values. Outside of work he is a Star Wars nerd and very involved in the local music festival scene. He is an avid volunteer for organizations like CEDNet\, Rainbow Trout Music Festival\, Winnipeg Folks Festival\, and Local Investment Towards Employment\, to name a few.\n\n\n\nEducation and Credentials:\n\n	Accredited Business Lender through CUIC/Dalhousie University\n	Founder and the inaugural chair of the Assiniboine Emerging Leaders Committee\n\nThroughout his career\, his goals have remained consistent: to find the balance between member's needs and the needs of ACU.
