DESCRIPTION:Running any business puts a tremendous amount of stress and demand on our time. Each day provides us with a very limited amount of time so it's critical that business owners make every minute count. Prioritizing tasks is no easy feat\, but good time management can make all the difference between always being stressed (or not) and running a healthy\, successful and profitable business (or not).\n\n\n\nAttendees will learn the following:\n\n1. How to prioritize tasks more efficiently\n\n2. Determining which tasks to delegate and which ones to keep\n\n3. How to increase production\n\n4. How to deal with technology (emails\, etc.)\n\n5.How to deal with time suckers\n\n\n\nPresenter: Jean-Guy Talbot\, FCPA\, FCGA is the CEO and founder of Talbot & Associates. He's built his practice from a one person operation 25 years ago to nearly 60 employees through innovation and continually studying and learning how to run a better practice. He's helped countless enterprises be more successful and increase profits. Jean-Guy is also is the CEO and founder of R veNew Practice Management which helps accountants across North America achieve greater heights and success.\n\nAbout Lunch & Learns \n\nHeld at the Assiniboia Chamber office\, Lunch & Learns are opportunities to network with fellow members while participating as a group on a Zoom call with the World Trade Centre Winnipeg (WTC Winnipeg). These presentations are free to attend for all businesses in Manitoba\, but knowing how our members enjoy connecting with each other\, we are personalizing the learning by creating a watch group. A light lunch will be provided with all fees contributing to our Chamber's Community Fund. Registration is currently limited to six (6) per presentation so register early. If there is a larger interest in attendance\, we will move to a larger venue (and of course\, respecting all public health orders due to COVID-19).\n\n\n\nEach month\, WTC Winnipeg offers a variety of presentations that supports Manitoba companies looking to grow their business beyond Manitoba\, and provides services to international companies interested in doing business with Manitoba companies. The WTC Winnipeg's trade development team provides a range of services to help companies identify and pursue Targeted Trade Opportunities\, explore new markets\, and see international partnership opportunities.
