DESCRIPTION:The LIFT Business Ethics Certificate Programs are free ethics educational programs set in place to accelerate participants in middle schools\, high schools\, post-secondary institutions\, youth organizations\, non-profit organizations\, new-comers\, job seekers\, and current workforce\, in Manitoba and Northwest Ontario to think ethically in daily situations and rare circumstances alike. LIFT is a 2.5-hour interactive webinar that consists of tools to make it easier for an individual employee regardless of position or level to be confident in your decision and meet standards for effective and ethical decision-making within your organization. A LIFT Certificate is presented after completing the program as an additional credential to your resume.
