In just eight two-hour sessions\, you will learn the skills you need to effectively lead your team and your organization toward achieving its mission.\n\nLearn from Someone Who's Been Where You Are. \n\nOne of our experienced facilitators will teach you core leadership competencies and challenge you to expand on what you learn through group discussions and interactive activities.\n\nOnce you've completed the program\, you can also schedule up to three coaching sessions with the facilitator.* This is an opportunity to gain valuable insights on how to apply what you've learned to your workplace. The facilitator can also help you map out your career or figure out the next steps in your leadership development.\n\n*These sessions must be used within three months of completing the program.\n\n\n\nRegister soon!
