The City of Winnipeg and the Government of Manitoba have contributed funding towards the project. The mill's board has also launched a fundraising campaign.\n\n9 am to 11 am Fundraiser Pancake Breakfast with entertainment by the Spence Family Tradition - picnic style\, bring your lawn chairs and picnic blanket\n\nAll day:  Jigging contest\, kids' activities\, displays\, artisans\, and food trucks\n\nMain Stage Entertainment 12 pm to 5 pm\n\n- Opening Ceremonies\n\n- Mandy Ducharme\n\n- Mitchell Makoons\n\n- The Muddy River Band\n\n- Catie St. Germain\n\n\n\nAlong with performances by Irish and Scottish entertainers and the jigging finals.\n\nBike Winnipeg's Bike Valet will be onsite. Biking\, walking\, and taking transit are recommended.
